Delivery and Returns
We aim to despatch your order immediately but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We can normally only deliver our larger items to addresses in Mainland UK. For addresses in the Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, other off-shore islands and locations outside of the UK, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Our delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location and the items and quantities ordered. If your order is for a location outside our *standard delivery area or the quantity of items ordered affects the method of dispatch, our system may be unable to calculate the most cost-effective service automatically. In this case; your order will be placed on hold and a customer services advisor will contact you to provide a delivery quote and progress your order.
We carefully pack all orders prior to dispatch and we hope you are delighted with the items that you have chosen. If there is a problem with your delivery we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or a refund. When returning goods, please ensure they are returned in either the original or appropriate packaging.
Please include the delivery note or enclose a letter detailing your full name and address and order number if you know it.
If you are not 100% delighted with the products we deliver to you we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please call us on 0800 316 4454 within 30 days of receipt and we will advise you on how to return your goods. If our couriers are required to collect the goods, a collection charge of up to £10 per parcel and up to £50 per pallet may apply.
Many of our larger items come with a 5 year or 10 year guarantee as specified in the product description. If the product fails within this time period, we will replace it for you. Please contact our customer care team on 0800 316 4454 for further information.
