The Customer Care Advisor role is a full-time position reporting to the Customer Care Manager at our site in Leeds (LS15).
You will be providing a retail support function for customers visiting our various online channels.

What the role entails

Working within the Customer Care Team for two eCommerce brands our customers will be your priority.
You will be an experienced Customer Service Executive with a passion for providing great service.

- Responding to inbound customer enquiries via telephone, email, and chat,
- Providing product-related advice to customers,
- Processing orders via Shopify,
- Working with suppliers to ensure delivery on time in full,
- Processing any returns/refunds,
- Working closely with the wider team to run our Amazon & eBay channels,
- Administration duties, incl. communicating with customers and reviewing lead times, to ensure strict Amazon & eBay service levels are adhered to.

- Computer Skills – Must be competent in all Microsoft Office applications,
- Excellent Customer Service skills,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Prioritisation skills,
- Able to work as part of a team.
