Description
Subpod is the beautiful wormery system that solves every common composting problem you've ever had. It works like a little compost factory, teaming up with nature, using compost worms and microbes to convert food scraps and carbon items (such as paper, leaves, and coconut peat) into rich soil and organic food to nurture your garden and help your plants thrive.
Simply plant it in your garden, throw in your scraps, add in your worms and let them do the rest. The holes around the Subpod's base allows the compost worms to travel out to spread rich nutrients throughout your garden, then return home to compost your waste.
Being underground, Subpod creates a natural environment for the compost worms, where they can feed and breed as rapidly as they like. Soil is an insulator, and in hot weather, compost worms will instinctively escape into soil to cool down. As the weather turns cold, it will keep your worms warm and active during winter (as long as the soil doesn't freeze).
The unique 360 degree ventilation below Subpods' lid keeps fresh air cycling through your system, and with weekly aeration using your Subpod Compost Aerator, your compost system will be perfectly maintained and will only ever smell like a fresh forest floor.
