How can I earn points?

You can earn points in a variety of ways, from following our social media pages, to leaving reviews, and making orders over £150.

When can I use my points to get money off my order?

You can use points to receive discounts on orders that are £80 or more. You must have 100 points or more to use as a discount on your purchase. There are various thresholds in place, such as: To get 10% off a purchase, you must have at least 100 points, and your order must be £80 or more. To get 20% off, you must have at least 200 points in your account, and your order must be £100 or more. To get 30% off, you must have at least 300 points, and your order must be over £150.

How do I use points to get money off my order?

You can redeem your points when finalising your purchase at the checkout. Just make sure you are logged into your account. When your basket is full, head to the checkout, and if you have enough points, and your order is £80 or more, a drop down box will be visible under your basket items, and from there you can select the percentage discount you wish to apply.

Can I redeem my points on bundles or other discounted items?

No. Redeeming your points must be on products that are not currently on sale or available in a bundle.

Do I need to create an account to earn points?

Yes, you will need to sign up and create an account in order of earning points.

I have ordered from your site in bulk, because I am a business. Do I qualify for the rewards scheme?

No, our loyalty and rewards section is for customers only, not for businesses or wholesalers.

What is the maximum number of points that can be redeemed at once?

The maximum usage of points in one order is 300, which would award you 30% off your total order. This order must be £150 or over for the points to be redeemed.
