Delivery and Returns

We are currently only able to offer limited delivery services to some parts of the United Kingdom. Please refer to the table below for postcode areas with limited delivery. Please ensure you read our delivery policy before placing your order. When in doubt, contact our customer care advisors.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team. Please note you will not be able to cancel your order if it already left our dispatch centre.

Our standard delivery cost is £2.99 for orders under £10 or Free Delivery for orders over £10. Note: This is only applied on orders within the majority of the UK Mainland areas. There is a surcharge for delivery on restricted postcodes such as islands, some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland.



We use a number of different couriers to deliver your order as soon as possible. These include: Hermes, DPD, Tuffnells, Royal Mail as well as our private network of carriers.

We usually dispatch orders within 3-5 working days but expected shipping time and its fee depends on the size and quantities you ordered, as well as your postcode area.

If your order is for a location outside our standard delivery area or the quantity of items ordered affects the method of dispatch, our system may be unable to calculate the most cost-effective service automatically. In this case; your order will be placed on hold and the customer services team will contact you to provide a delivery quote and process your order.

We deliver 7 days a week, and your delivery should be with you 5-28 working days after placing your order. Small items are delivered between 5-7 working days. For larger items, please allow up to 28 days for them to arrive.



For addresses in the Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, other offshore islands and locations outside of the UK, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

We carefully pack all orders prior to dispatch and we hope you are delighted with the items that you have chosen.

However, if you wish to return your items, for whatever reason, please contact us.

You have a right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt of your goods.

If our couriers are required to collect the goods, a collection charge of up to £20 per parcel and up to £50 per pallet may apply.

When returning goods, please ensure they are returned in either the original or appropriate packaging.



Majority of our larger items come up with either a 5-year or 7-year guarantee, as specified in the product description. If the product breaks within this time period, we will replace it for you. Please contact our customer service team for more information.



To cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team.

If you decide to contact us via email, you must include the following information: clear statement of cancellation, full name, address and phone number.

Should you decide to cancel your order, please note that the items purchased must be sent back to us within 30 days after cancelling the order. Cancelled orders must be sent back to us in a condition allowing product resale and at your own cost.



Our products should reach you in perfect condition. If for any unforeseen reason you are dissatisfied with the condition of the goods received, please inform us within 30 days from the date you received your items. When possible, please do include photos of any damage and send them to us via email.
