The courier used for deliveries will vary by product, and if ordering multiple items, some items may be despatched from different warehouses

Some larger items are only available to ship within mainland UK.
Charges: For orders of up to £64.99, delivery costs £3.95. For orders of £65 or more, delivery is free!
Express Delivery is now available for some items and if eligible, will appear as a delivery option at the checkout
Returns and Refunds
We pack all our products with pride, and hope you are delighted with the items that you have chosen. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact us and we will strive to resolve the issue.
Charges and Requirements:
You have a right to cancel your order within 30 days of a placing it.
If sending goods back to us, please ensure items are returned in the original or appropriate packaging to keep them secure.
If you require us to collect the goods, a courier charge may apply depending on the size and contents of the order.
Refunds and returns
It is our goal to make sure your items arrive to you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them.
To speed up the process, please email photos or descriptions of the damaged item so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
