Our Materials
Our own brand products are manufactured from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic, which is processed and moulded into our bestselling water butts, composters and recycling bins.
Our goods can then be recycled at the end of their lifespan, and reprocessed back into new products to ensure the original plastic remains in circulation rather than going to landfill.
The Production Line
Factory Practices
Our Yorkshire based factory uses a closed loop production method, which means any material off-cuts are reprocessed back into the production line, preventing any plastic from going to waste. In 2021, we used 5,000 tonnes of post-consumer plastic, and are estimated to use 7,500 in 2022. Learn more about our commitment to sustainability here.
Delivery
Green Footprints
At EvenGreener, sustainability is factored into every decision we make, and that includes our delivery chain. Whilst other stores and retailers focus on offering a same-day express delivery, our priority is the planet. That’s why we minimise unnecessary packaging, and transport miles whenever possible. Where viable, we deliver in bulk to local depots, and strive to make the final mile to our customers as carbon-efficient as we can by using a network of different carriers.
