Decent composter

This is a reasonable quality plastic composter. You do not have to assemble it and the lid twists firmly in place so will not blow off. Within a week of placing it on my allotment I could feel the heat rising from the rotting produce inside it.

This is my first venture in garden composoting. I read about the subject then looked at possible compost bins suitable for my small garden. The product was delivered very quickly together with a base that was ordered at the same time.It was easily assenbled. It appears very stable and has been subjected to very high winds. I am very pleased to recommend this product.

A reliable compost bin

I've had one of these composters for four years now and not had a problems to date. My only advice would be to hold the bin down when it's empty (I use a heavy stone on the lid). However as soon as the bottoms filled this isnt needed. I also dont tend to use the hatch to dig out compost, I simply use it to see how well the compost is coming along. Instead I simply lift the bin up and dig out the compost thats ready to go.
